I had some issues with the delivered product first time around, but customer services were quick to help - same afternoon - and a doorstep swap was in place within 48hrs. The new unit looks good and is very quiet in Eco-mode. Just trying it out at this stage, but all good, and very impressed with their management and logistics.
Bought the softcool 25 bag for an upcoming camping trip. Tested it with 3 bags of ice and kept the bag in the camper to increase the ambient temperature (21c). Internal thermometer registered 4.5 degrees for the 3 days. I only opened the bag a few times to check on the beer. Still lovely and cold so should definitely do what i need for camping. Recommend

Just tested my new TF-Xtreme 50 - plugged it in, switched it on, set the target temperatures for the two compartments; less that an hour later both were at the requested temperatures. Looking forward to using this in upcoming camping trips!
Bought this to replace an old cool bag for fishing.. first thoughts are wow..! Amazing quality and super thick walls which will keep all my food cool for a lot longer than happens now. Great finish and attention to detail with everything. Only thing I would say is a maybe a two way zipper so you can undo both sides from the front to the back at the same time. Love it 👍

We have had the larger totalcool for a few years and it had "done us proud" but we have to find space so invested in the smaller version and love it... lightweight and enough for what we need.... chill drinks quickly and constant supply of ice for my bar... fab buy

We are very happy with the panels however there is one thing that really bothers us. Moving the panel around becomes so difficult because the support legs spring back and attach to the Velcro. I need another arm/hand to be able to pull them out and stand the panel up. I’ll get two out and reach for the third one and first one jumps back onto the Velcro. It’s a real pain. So tomorrow we are going to remove the velcro and hope that it makes it easier.
Easy to order and was delivered next day. Product extremely sturdy and well made. Have tested it over last couple of days. Working well and temperatures stable. Good you can control via the Bluetooth App
What a brilliant bit of kit. We bought it for our campervan, but due to its size and portability we are able to use it indoors or in my wife’s Therapy Cabin. This makes it the perfect piece of equipment for us, and great value for money. Thank you TotalCool.
