The Heatflow is built to handle whatever the outdoors throws its way. Leave it outside where it’s meant to be while it delivers a steady flow of clean, powerful heat wherever you need it. Unlike most diesel heaters, the Heatflow is purpose-built for outdoor use, eliminating many of the risks that come with bringing heat indoors.

12V and Mains AC Compatibility

Power the Heatflow wherever you are. Running on 12V, 24V, or a mains connection, it’s ready to fire up and deliver reliable warmth in seconds. Campsites or workshops it doesn't matter.

Wired controller

The wired controller gives you complete control of your Heatflow from startup to shutdown. View key information including temperature, altitude, timer settings, CO alarm status and estimated fuel level, so you can easily monitor how your system is performing. For added convenience, Heatflow also includes a Bluetooth remote and app compatibility, giving you even more ways to adjust and monitor your settings.

Heat-shielded exhaust panel

The Heatflow’s side-mounted exhaust is fitted with heat shielding to prevent accidental contact and burns. Its elevated exhaust outlet keeps hot gases away from the ground, reducing the risk of fires and protecting nearby wildlife. No need for make shift exhaust kits.

Chassis-reinforced carry handle

The Heatflow has a strong, centre-mounted handle that’s fixed directly to the internal chassis for reliable support. The handle makes it easy to lift, move, and position the unit, whether you’re setting up at a campsite, workshop, or job site. Its solid mounting ensures nothing comes loose, even with regular use.

How long will this Diesel heater run on a full tank?

On a full tank the Heatflow will run for an approximate 20 Hours. The Heatflow uses 0.25L per hour of diesel fuel.

How do I operate my Diesel Heater?

Do I have to keep my Diesel heater outdoors?

The HEATFLOW should only be operated in spaces with adequate ventilation, it's designed to be operated outdoors with rain resistance. For experienced DIY users, the HEATFLOW could be fitted elsewhere providing it has an adequate exhaust. Dismantling your HEATFLOW voids your warranty.

How long is the warranty period on my Diesel heater?

Totalcool offer a 3 Year warranty on the HEATFLOW Diesel heater or a 2 year warranty when purchasing a refurbished unit.

How portable is this heater?

The HEATFLOW has a sturdy centre fit handle and weighs in at 10kg when the tank is empty, making it very easy to move from place to place.

Can I move my HEATFLOW after it's been operating?

Your HEATFLOW unit can be moved after operation but it's important to keep the exhaust facing away from your body to avoid burns. Once air ducting has been removed after operation be careful not to press exposed heater to any person(s).

Can I move my unit during operation?

We don't recommend moving the unit during operation to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. However there is no issue repositioning it as long as safety precautions are taken to not touch hot-zones.

Do I need to worry about pressure build-up?

You do not need to worry about any pressure build-up within the HEATFLOW fuel tank thanks to the pressure-release fuel cap.

How do I secure my HEATFLOW outdoors?

Using the Chassis-reinforced D-Link visible a chain can be attached and connected to any other immovable object e.g. Car wheels or Tent poles.

How much fuel do I have left?

The backlit fuel window is a good indicator of current fuel level and the control app provides an estimated reading based on time in use since last re-fuel

Great customer service!

Efficient.

Excellent

The handle on our six-year-old fridge broke, so I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement. I received an immediate response, and a new handle arrived in the post just a couple of days later — and at a very reasonable price too.

Took it away in caravan

Took it away recently on holiday in tent worked

Took it away recently on holiday in tent worked very well once you got used to what temperature to put it on got cold very quickly drove 5hours on 12v frozen food was still frozen at the other end and worked well on 230 v the rest of holiday

First class customer service tried at home not out and about but have seen one in use on the bank running of a jackery can't fault it between the fridge-freezer and jackery it performed over 7 days and jackery was still on 98/99% so the fridge-freezer performed extremely well and the app you can also download if an added bonus making it simple to operate

Fridge access made easy.

I can access the fridge/freezer from the boot of the car with ease. I didn't want to drill the boot area so I installed unistrut and fixed to that, works a treat. The slide holds 200kg, it’s well built and fit for purpose. You can also lock it into position once stowed. I can recommend it as such that I brought another one to be used as a tolos, box's etc access tray. Brilliant
