Returns

14 day returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request to return it to us in its original unused condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of the date you received your item. After you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the item.

A request for a return must be put in writing and sent to sales@totalcool.co.uk. Once the request has been received you will be sent instructions within 2 working days advising of the next steps to take.

Items must be sent back to us in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Return postage is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the goods, a full inspection will take place to ensure the goods are in a resalable condition. Once these checks have been made a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), minus any collection costs (where applicable) will be issued by the original payment method.

Any goods returned with a diminished value as a result of use may incur a deduction charge from the refund.

Any items returned to Totalcool are at the responsibility of the sender until they arrive in our warehouse.

Need to swap your unit for a different size? No problem, we can organise a doorstep swap with DHL. The cost of this is £24.99 - this may be taken from any refund owed. If you do not wish to use the doorstep swap service, a delivery charge of £10 will be applied for sending any new unit to you. Prices are correct at the time of original purchase, further discounts will not be applied. 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

No refund will be given on items outside of 14 days of delivery.
