Great product but ….

The cooler works like a dream, quiet, low consumption, all those boxes ticked, BUT what lets it down is the cheap and almost toy feeling power supply for AC power, the lead that plugs into the transformer block as good as falls out on its own, a very loose cheap feeling fit.
Bought just before Easter last week, and it’s been awesome plugged into my Jackery, but when I get home mid week, I will contact you for a replacement power supply, I just can’t believe I’ve got the right one, or a dud where the leads such a poor fit.
Don’t anyone be put off, this cooler/ freezer rocks just think the supply is very cheap and poor.

Amazing piece of Kit.

Delivered promptly, well-packaged, and very smart looking. Build quality is excellent, and it works well. Turned it on indoors, powering it from our 12 volt power pack so we could measure the current consumption. Within 30 minutes it was at -19C, empty, from room temperature, and was running at 24 watts. We're now using it while away in our caravan, powered off the solar-charged habitation battery, and filled with frozen food, maintains freezer temperatures at 20-25 watts. What's not to like - very impressed.

Wir hatten den Totalcool 3000 bestellt, in der Annahme der Preis wäre günstiger, weil direkt vom Hersteller. Wir bekamen einen erneuerten.
Ich schrieb den Kundenservice , dieser stellte uns ein neues Gerät, gegen einen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. On top wurde das neue Gerät in einem größeren Karton geliefert, inklusive Rücksendeetikett, damit wir das erste Gerät kostenfrei und unkompliziert zurücksenden konnten. Mehr Kundenservice geht nicht. Danke
Wir haben das Gerät vorab bei unseren Freunden getestet. Es erzeugt angenehme kühle Luft zum Schlafen. Natürlich ersetzt es keine Klimaanlage, aber es ist entsprechend auch nicht so ungesund. Vorteil, man kann es mitnehmen, falls man eine Unterkunft bucht.

I had some issues with the delivered product first time around, but customer services were quick to help - same afternoon - and a doorstep swap was in place within 48hrs. Lasts at least 3 days

Bought the softcool 25 bag for an upcoming camping trip. Tested it with 3 bags of ice and kept the bag in the camper to increase the ambient temperature (21c). Internal thermometer registered 4.5 degrees for the 3 days. I only opened the bag a few times to check on the beer. Still lovely and cold so should definitely do what i need for camping. Recommend
