Premium materials, after 8 hours on the beach and 2 hours in the car the ice packs were still frozen!

This cool bag offers great value but at a price. The outer skin is quite floppy, almost as if it is too big. It isn't tightly formed around the insulation material as I would have expected.
That said, I have used it twice and the contents have been kept nicely chilled all day. The top fits snugly into the main body and the zip is very firm to open/close and this gives a great seal.
The capacity is perfect for a working lunch for two, with a couple of cans of drink as well.

Taken the soft cool 25 on 3 x trips, watertight, keeps temp great and cans come out colder than they go in. About to buy the 12 litre.

The zip is very stiff even once lubricated.

A good addition would be dual zips so it could be opened from either side.

Already got two of these. Very pleased with the performance. Keeps things cool for a long time. Not tried keeping food hot, yet but very happy with these boxes.

It is a cool bag that keeps thing cool. The lid zip is difficult to open or close single handed but that isn't a big issue. It is deep enough and long enough to hold what I need and it keeps everything cool. it is tough built and sits quite happily in the front of my van.

Better price and just as a good as a yeti

I bought 4 packs of frozen dog food once I had this cool box. I was told it should stay frozen for 4 days in this box, but the reality was well short of that.
In the cool box’s defence, there weren’t any ice blocks in it when I put the meat in. There was also very little else in there, and what there was was at room temperature by then. And the weather was extremely hot - probably above 30 degrees during daylight hours. It was rather an unfair test.
The zip is extremely stiff, but I haven’t put the supplied product on it yet. That should help a lot, I think.
I can probably give it a fairer review next time I use it, when I will be starting from home, and will totally fill it with mainly frozen items, plus ice packs.

We bought this for a festival because of the 72hr keeping drinks cool function. It performed just as well as two of our friends £300 yeti cool bags. The drinks were still ice cold on the last day of the festival. Can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Delivered speedily, and well packaged we used this cool bag for the first time this weekend. More spacious inside than we thought, the zip close is really cold proof, and our festival supplies were still cool on Sunday evening despite the heat. Really impressed with this performance

Put 8 diet coke cans in bag for 14 hours with 4 ice packs. Was well impressed with coolness of cans after this time 10/10

I am a specialist coarse angler targeting big fish. Consequently I spend many days at a time fishing. Having a cooler that performs is essential. I previously purchased a 12l size cooler branded “Alpicool”. This has been faultless and performance has been fantastic. The totalcool product is identical and having seen the slightly larger 15l in the range I did not hesitate to purchase one. The cooler is the same build and quality as my existing 12l model. I have no hesitation that the 15l will perform equally well. In summary I recommend this product above all the angling coolers on the market and no “carp tax” is added to inflate the price
