It was sorted over the phone and sent out that day. Received the next. We have bought the total cool before for another vehicle and 2 friends have them too. Its a brilliant piece of kit. We have air con but do spend a lot of time parked off sites and the total cool does what it says.
Recently purchased and used for the first time, the flexibility of fridge / freezer combination worked really well. The app helps to keep an eye on the temperature for each side. Kept the ice cubes and ice cream frozen while having the picnic food in the other side was ideal.
