This does the job!

I met these guys at a show and was impressed by the T1500. I wanted it to power the caravan when I'm off grid, so fridge and microwave. I does both very nicely and so far hasn't even got warm. I have just bought a 220 watt folding solar panel to charge it. Early days but very happy to meet the Total Cool guys and very happy so far with the T1500.

Totalpower 1500 Portable Power Station

I used the Totalpower 1500 for the first time over the 6 days at Shrewsbury Folk Festival, I used it for charging my mobile phone and supplying 12volt power to the cool box. As it was very hot it took a lot of power to keep it cool, as it is a very old box. This meant that I had to recharge the Totalpower unit half way through the 6 days. So will look at a solar system, plus a modern Total cool fridge box.

FAQS

Can you charge the Totalpower 1500 in your car and how long does it take?

Yes, it takes around 12 - 13 hours on a standard 48-watt 12 volt cigarette lighter socket.

Can the Totalpower 1500 be taken on board a plane?

No. This is a lithium battery product. According to the international air transport standard regulations, the capacity of carrying lithium battery products can not exceed 100WH.

Why is the device power of the equipment I want to use within the rated output power range, but not suitable for use?

A: The battery of the unit is low and needs to be charged.
B: The peak power used by some equipment is greater than the highest peak power of the Totalpower 1500 or the nominal power of the equipment is greater than the actual continuous power of the Totalpower 1500.

Will the charger be damaged due to heat during use?

When the charger is in normal use, it is normal to have some slight heat; if this becomes too hot, it is recommended to stop using the charger immediately and contact the after-sales team.

Is it possible to give a vehicle an emergency start with my TP1500?

Yes. Using jump start lead (sold separately by Totalcool) via 12V10A car charging port located on the front right of your TP1500.
A: Correctly connect the battery clip to the positive and negative poles of the car battery, the red clip is connected to the positive pole (+) of the battery, and the black clip is connected to the negative pole (-) of the battery.
B: Ensure that the green light on the start status indicator is on and turn the vehicle ignition to the START.
C: After the car starts, immediately remove the battery clip.

Busfest TF Xtreme 50

Been looking at the TF Xtreme 50 for a while and after chatting to your guy at the Busfest stand, decided to go for it. He removed all the packaging for me and it was easy to wheel back to the camper.
Plugged it in to my powerpack, set the temperature and 20 mins later it had chilled perfectly and only used 3% of the battery.
Lost count of how many beers and ciders I got in there, but it was a lot. There was even a bit of room left for some food as well.
An hour after buying it I was drinking chilled beer. Couldn't be happier.
And the phone app makes setting everything up so easy.
Worked perfectly all weekend and doubled as a sturdy seat when we had visitors.
Glad I waited and got this one, it really is a fantastic fridge/ freezer, one of the best purchases I've made for the camper.
