- Second-Hand Items: Items sold as second-hand or not purchased directly from Totalcool.
Totalcool retains the right to define acceptable wear and tear conditions. This typically involves following the provided care instructions and taking reasonable precautions to maintain the Eco-Chill Coolbox.
Totalcool will not repair or replace items that show clear signs of physical stress, such as rips and tears, or where there is evidence of inadequate care, poor fit, treatment, or deliberate misuse.
