- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, fading, and other signs of normal wear.

- Professional Use: Items used in teaching, rental, commercial, or instructional activities.
- Improper Care: Damage from failure to follow care instructions, including improper handling or storage.
- Second-Hand Items: Items sold as second-hand or not purchased directly from Totalcool.
Totalcool retains the right to define acceptable wear and tear conditions. This typically involves following the provided care instructions and taking reasonable precautions to maintain the TC3000.
Totalcool will not repair or replace items that show clear signs of physical stress, such as rips and tears, or where there is evidence of inadequate care, poor fit, treatment, or deliberate misuse.

What is a Totalcool 3000 Portable Evaporative Air Cooler?
Totalcool 3000 is a portable Tri voltage, 12-volt, 24 -volt or mains power evaporative air cooler. Pour 1.5 litres of water in through the lid, plug the power lead into cigarette socket, select fan speed and away you go!
Will the Totalcool 3000 cool my room or vehicle like a built in air conditioner?
A refrigerated air conditioning system is hard to beat, but useless without 240v electricity!
A refrigerated air conditioning system has many complex and expensive components. These systems require many permanently fitted parts such as a compressor, condenser, evaporator and refrigerant gas to cool air. A vehicle or household air conditioner requires immense power to ‘drive’.
Evaporative cooling performance can differ depending on various conditions such as ambient temperature and humidity, but test results show that Totalcool can deliver air temperatures up to 45% cooler (on boost) than the ambient air temperature just using water at room temperature!
Test results taken on a 40 (C) day with humidity at 12% showed a vent temperature at 21 (C) using just water at room temperature!
Will damage occur to my Totalcool unit if it runs out of water during use?
Totalcool can be used without water in areas of high humidity, you can even add ice!
Totalcool features a transparent water window to display level.
How long will my battery last?
Totalcool only uses a maximum of 1.8 amps (on boost speed)
This equals hours of cooling comfort – even without your vehicle running
You will generally find ‘low’ fan speed (0.3 amps) more than adequate for sleeping.
For extended periods of cooling, use of a deep cycle battery or battery power pack is recommended.
The Totalcool 3000 features new Low Battery Protection to shut the cooler off if battery voltage falls below 11.2V

*Test results using Totalcool with a Transion 100Ah deep cycle battery pack until battery power was drained to 11.2 volts.
A deep cycle battery can supply power for a much longer period of time, and can be drained to a lower voltage than a standard car ‘starting’ battery, which has a primary purpose to deliver short, high energy bursts of current for vehicle starting.
Most caravans, 4WD’s and boats are fitted with secondary ‘deep cycle’ battery systems, sometimes with larger 100 amp hour batteries to provide extended power supply for appliances such as fridges and cooler’s etc.
The following results were achieved using a standard 12volt 60ah Lead acid car battery*, with Totalcool running until battery voltage was reduced to 11.2 volts – this ensures reliable vehicle startup!
– LOW SPEED – 42 hours
– BOOST SPEED – 10 hours
*Battery power draw examples were recorded using a fully charged Lion 22F-520 (12volt 60 Amp hour) car battery, running the Totalcool 3000 constantly until battery voltage fell to 11.2 volts (battery was not connected to car at time). Individual results may vary on depending on battery specification
Is the Totalcool 3000 noisy?
The sound level produced by the Totalcool Evaporative air cooler is even quieter than that of a car air conditioner/heater fan. This ranges from 46db (low fan speed) to 59db (maximum fan speed) at 1 metre.
The tone Totalcool produces is a relaxing, steady gentle hub – perfect to help dilute any annoying outside noises.

Can I get spare parts for my Totalcool 3000?
Yes, we have any spare parts you may require for your Totalcool.
** our Totalcool Warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase of any 3000 unit, this covers any performance loss due to defects caused during our manufacturing process or in relation to materials used, our obligation inferred under this warranty is to repair/replace said parts without charge.
Any issues arising from careless handling, defacing or consequential damage caused by repairs made or attempted by others to your TotalCool 3000 Unit will not be covered.
Warranty excludes air filter.
The warranty is only valid if the original purchase receipt is supplied.
