We had to send our Totalcool unit back due to problems, Totalcool supplied us with collection service promptly to service our unit.
Delivered speedily, and well packaged we used this cool bag for the first time this weekend. More spacious inside than we thought, the zip close is really cold proof, and our festival supplies were still cool on Sunday evening despite the heat. Really impressed with this performance
Just used for 4 days away. Mainly to keep raw dog food frozen and it worked perfectly using our power bank and solar panel set up. Holds temp really well. Once it reaches temp and holds temps without power, enough to leave for 3 or 4 hours. Very impressed.
This was a perfect solution to our camper van fridge getting too warm when the door was opened too regularly. We now keep our ice cold beers in this and our food is kept fresh in the camper van
First time out with this really impressed off grid plugged in to the van on a solar panel kept cold/frozen all weekend did what we wanted it to do
Handy sturdy basket making it easy to organise the contents of the 55ltr TotalFreeze. I did find it odd that although I ordered both the freezer unit and basket in the one transaction having paid for next day priority delivery these items were shipped separately and the basket arrived a day later.
It is a good sized cool box. The compartments cool down to 4 and -18 degrees quickly.
The manual is a bit duff though as instructions are not exactly as written in it.
Gets down to temperature really quickly, very quiet, works extremely will as fridge or freezer or both, well built overall so far very pleased
Purchased for use camping very pleased so far can’t fault at all and well made.

bit early to review really have used it at home once and was very impressed on how quickly it got cold. dealing with total cool was seamless would definitely purchase from them again.
