Brilliant product great company

Great cool bag

I wanted something smaller and less bulky than my Icey-Tek for fishing 24-48 sessions, this fits the bill perfectly.
The weather’s not really been warm enough to test longevity of keeping food cold when it’s hot but I’m quietly confident based on a friend’s experiences.

Excellent cool bag really impressed with the build quality and size ideal for my 3 days fishing trips keeping everything super cool very happy chap

When filled full of ice, up to 120 hours. This is dependent on ambient temperature and how many times the lid is opened.

What does the Softcool range weigh?

The Softcool cool bags are very lightweight,

Is the Softcool watertight?

Yes, the Softcool cool bag is watertight

Is the Softcool airtight?

Does the Softcool require power?

No, the Softcool coolbag is an insulated bag designed to maintain the temperature of its contents

Will the Softcool keep things warm?

Yes the Softcool coolbags are highly insulated so will keep food and drink warm if required.

Does the Softcool require ice or freezer blocks?

To maintain cool temperatures it's advised that a bag of ice or 3 to 4 freezer blocks is used for chilling and filling the Softcool with ice for freezing.

What happens if I put rock salt with the ice?

You will get super chilled drinks and food within 30 minutes.

Can I put dry ice in the Softcool?

No this is not recommended as they are airtight and this causes a CO2 build up, which will threaten the integrity of the cooler.
