Returns

14 day returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request to return it to us in its original unused condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of
the date you received your item.

A request for a return must be put in writing and sent to sales@totalcool.co.uk. Once the request has been received you will be sent instructions
within 2 working days advising of the next steps to take. Items must be sent back to us in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Return postage is non-refundable. Upon receipt of the goods, a full inspection will take place to ensure the goods are in a resalable condition. Once these checks have been
made a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), minus any collection costs (where applicable) will be issued by the original payment method.

Any goods returned with a diminished value as a result of use may incur a deduction charge from the refund.

Any items returned to Totalcool are at the responsibility of the sender until they arrive in our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

No refund will be given on items outside of 14 days of delivery.

Warranty

In the first instance, for all faulty items, please email warranty@totalcool.co.uk with a copy
of your receipt or proof of purchase or order number, if possible a photo of
the specific issue and an outline of the issue you are having, including as
much detail as you can. Once we receive your item, someone from our team will
contact you within 3 working days with advice and the next steps in getting
your issue resolved..

For faulty items bought within 30 days a returns label will
be issued to you free of charge. For items over the 30 days, you will be
responsible for either shipping the unit back to us at your cost.

We can arrange a collection from your property for a pre-payable fee of £15 or
we can provide a returns label for you to return the unit to a collection point
at a cost of £10, payable at the time of booking the collection.

If your product has a fault and you've had it for more than
30 days, we cannot accept it back for a refund. However, if your item is still
under warranty, we can arrange for a repair or exchange to get it working
again.

All Totalcool products come with a warranty that covers
manufacturing faults. However, this warranty does not apply to items that have
become defective due to misuse, accidental damage, or any other issues not
related to manufacturing defects.

In the event that your unit needs to be replaced, a like for
like unit will be sent to you, depending on the condition of your returned unit.

The warranty offered by Totalcool is exclusive for the
original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Any items returned to Totalcool are at the responsibility of
the sender until they arrive in our warehouse.
