Wonderful customer service experience

Wonderful customer service experience. The thermometer broke on my totalfreeze35 after 3 solid years of keeping our beers cold (and groceries fresh for week long holidays) while on week long sailing trips. Unfortunately the team couldn’t repair it, and so I’ve paid for a replacement - I know it’ll do a great job for many years to come.

Not had time to rate properly yet but initial impressions are very good. I purchased the 35l totalfreeze fridge/freezer.
It appears to be well made and operates well. Very quiet while running. Remains to be tested on a day out and how longit takes to drop temperature when not connected to any power. ( this is where a power pack would be very useful) Thinking of getting a 260 power pack but may have to wait to see if they go on offer as they are expensive.
