Totalcool will not repair or replace items that show clear signs of physical stress, such as rips and tears, or where there is evidence of inadequate care, poor fit, treatment, or deliberate misuse.

What should I do before first operating the Eco-Ice?
Place on a level surface for 6 hours before connecting to power for the first time
How long will the Eco-Ice run on my caravan/motorhome battery?
Depending on the size of the battery, around 40 – 60 hours depending on the mode setting and ambient temperature.
How long will it run on the Totalpower 500?
Around 20 hours.
How long to start producing ice?
Around 10 minutes.
Does it matter how hot the ambient temperature is?
No, the compressor will just work harder and use slightly more power.
What is Eco mode?
In Eco mode, the ice maker will return to standby when a basket of ice is completed, which uses less power.
What is Auto mode?
In Auto mode, the blue indicator will still flash and the ice maker will make ice continuously.
What happens if the water runs out?
The indicator will turn red and the ice maker will beep every 10 seconds until the water is refilled.
What brand of compressor does the Eco-Ice use? is it quiet?
The Eco-ice uses an Anuodan compressor. This operates intermittently so when the compressor is not active there is no sound at all.
What is the difference between the Eco-Ice and a standard AC portable Ice Maker?
A standard AC portable ice maker can weigh double the Eco-Ice and can only be used on AC mains power, with a power draw of around 200 watts. Whereas, the Eco-Ice is only using around 48 watts and can be used on 12 volt, 24 volt and AC mains power.
